All orders are secured by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you may return the unused portion of your order to us for a full refund.
Return or exchange requests can be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for return, products must be in the exact condition you received them in. All packaging material must be undamaged and unused with the price tags intact.
Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we will not be able to replace or refund unwanted items if they have been opened or any seals are broken.
To return your order to us for a full refund you must contact us by live chat, phone or email support@novagreen-supplements.com, clearly mentioning your order number and our customer support team will guide you on the process.
Please write down and save your return merchandise authorization number.
Note!
Please note that you will have to pay for return shipping. The refund will not include the import duties or the cost of delivery or return postage.
Packages received at our warehouse without the return merchandise authorization number we gave you will not be refunded.
Packages received past the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee timeline are also unable to be refunded.
Refunds
Once your package has been received by our warehouse you will automatically be issued a refund to the original method of payment within 48 hours.
Please note that it can take 3-5 business day for your bank to post your refund to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
Novagreen Supplements team reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return & Refund Policy at any time without having to give a prior notice to users.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are permitted anytime before your order has been processed for dispatch by our warehouse. All orders received before 4pm PST are processed same-day. Please contact our customer service department for additional assistance.
